KAKINADA: Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan , addressing a huge gathering in Kakinada on Monday, said chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has become old and that it is time for the younger generation to take over"If anybody asks YS Jaganmohan Reddy, he will tell people to make him the chief minister. If the same question is posed to Chandrababu Naidu, he will ask the people to make his son the chief minister," Kalyan said.He added that his party's goal is to serve the people. Kalyan was addressing the public meeting as part of the Jana Porata Yatra on Monday.Kalyan said the city of Kakinada has become a hub for corruption and land grabbing, adding that the local people's representatives are ignoring problems of the local fishermen.He assured the crowd that he would be steadfast in his support of the fishermen community and said cold storages would be set up in their villages.Kalyan maintained that CM Naidu has handed over the Kakinada port to one KV Rao, and questioned how many jobs were generated through the port. He alleged that KV Rao has accumulated vast properties in the US and added that large-scale excavations were done at the sea port which irretrievably damaged the fragile ecosystem of Hope Island.
