Ex-lovers Abhishek Bachchan and Karisma Kapoor seem to have made peace and have no problem facing eachother.

Recently Karisma was spotted at Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s store launch where Abhishek was also present with family. However the duo didn’t exchange pleasantries in front of media but them being present at the same time under one roof has said it all.

Talking about their 5-yr-long love affair and engagement, we came across an old interview of Karisma Kapoor where she didn’t only speak about accepting Abhishek’s proposal, but also the details of how it all happened.

In an interview to a section of media, Karisma told, "Abhishek (Bachchan) presented me with a diamond ring and proposed to me all of a sudden. I could not say no."

She had further added,

"I feel I have found the right person in Abhishek, and I couldn't have asked for a better family than the Bachchans."

About four months after the two were engaged, the news of the break-up came in as a shock for the family and it left the entire B-town shocked as well!

However no one knew the reason exactly but rumours were a buzz that Karisma’s mother Babita called off the engagement.

Well, now it has been years since the two broke up and both Karisma & Abhishek are happy in their own lives. While Abhishek is married to Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and is a proud daddy of Aaradhya Bachchan, Karisma is allegedly dating Sandeep Toshniwal and raising two kids on her own!
