The book had description of the paintings on the life of Guru Nanak Dev during Mughal period. It took me three years to complete 25 paintings out the original series of 57 paintings, made with natural colours,” said Aruna. “Not every art lover can afford to travel to London to see the art work and these paintings. Opening her exhibition of 25 paintings created in water colours at the Art Gallery on Friday, the artist said that it is her ode to the city.
