AAP factions hold separate rallies: Mann in Muktsar, Sukhpal Singh Khaira in Malout

BATHINDA: Both factions of AAP on Saturday held rallies at Tungwali village in Bathinda and in Malout town of Muktsar district. He said, “With the larger aim of serving Punjab, the party is ready to talk to those leaders who are feeling somewhat angry with AAP. It is only now that AAP relegated SAD to the third place. Bhagwant exhorted the people to give the Congress and SAD a crushing defeat in the 2019 parliamentary elections. He said, “Till recent past both parties were taking turns to rule the state and loot the treasury.

BATHINDA: Both factions of AAP on Saturday held rallies at Tungwali village in Bathinda and in Malout town of Muktsar district. Former leader of opposition and AAP MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira held a volunteers’ convention at Malout and party MP Bhagwant Mann held ‘Punjab Jodo’ rally at Tungwali.Addressing the rally, Bhagwant attacked both Congress and SAD and termed them as two sides of the same coin, who were befooling people through various means. He said, “Till recent past both parties were taking turns to rule the state and loot the treasury. It is only now that AAP relegated SAD to the third place. People are against the Akali Dal after its leaders’ names were linked to the cases of sacrilege in Punjab.”The Sangrur MP also lambasted Union food processing industry minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal for doing nothing when girls were being maltreated in the state. Bhagwant exhorted the people to give the Congress and SAD a crushing defeat in the 2019 parliamentary elections. He said, “With the larger aim of serving Punjab, the party is ready to talk to those leaders who are feeling somewhat angry with AAP. We can make our point with a bigger voice if all of us join hands.”
