Punjab: Girl abducted from beauty parlour hours before her wedding

BATHINDA: A girl was abducted by a group of unknown persons hours before her wedding in Muktsar town of Punjab on Friday. The girl was kidnapped outside a beauty parlour where she had gone for makeup ahead of her wedding function.The accused, who were waiting outside the beauty parlour, overpowered the girl as soon as she came out.The girl is a resident of village Pali Wala near Islamabad town in district Fazilka. The video shows the girl being dragged into a car by the two accused.The girl's family has named two persons, Talwinder Singh and Hadwonder Singh of Jalalabad , in their police complaint in connection with the crime. The accused are said to be known to the victim.Muktsar SSP, Manjit Singh, told TOI that two abductors have been identified and various police teams have been dispatched to nab the accused. The whole incident was captured in CCTV camera.
