Tribune News ServiceAmritsar, September 11Prayers and recitation of hymns from Gurbani on Wednesday marked the ‘Ardas Diwas’ at historic Khalsa College. Students, staff and teaching fraternity came out together with the management to organise the prayers for invoking the blessings from almighty on the beginning of new academic session. The Ardas was performed by Bhai Surjit Singh. Khalsa College governing council secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina said moral values were certainly decreasing in the society. The religious function was part of the management’s tradition of seeking blessings of the almighty to start the new session.
