Academicians hail ‘Vidya Daan’ initiative for Classes VI to X

Under the programme, the content will be sourced from teachers, schools from metro cities to the smallest village. This matter can be accessed anytime, anywhere without any charges by teachers, students. Principal DAV International School Anjana Gupta said, “It is a great initiative of the board for Classes VI-X. Resource material prepared by metro teachers, among others such as assignments, lessons plans will help teachers and students.”Upasna Mehra, Principal, Senior Study II, said, “We are in the process of creating content.

Under the programme, the content will be sourced from teachers, schools from metro cities to the smallest village. This matter can be accessed anytime, anywhere without any charges by teachers, students. The programme will also focus on making the concepts clear to the students. Teachers will share their best practices, highlighting some of the key concepts within a chapter. Principal DAV International School Anjana Gupta said, “It is a great initiative of the board for Classes VI-X. Resource material prepared by metro teachers, among others such as assignments, lessons plans will help teachers and students.” Upasna Mehra, Principal, Senior Study II, said, “We are in the process of creating content. This step will help private students, schools located in the far-flung areas to understand chapters ina unique way.” To begin with, the board has curated e-content from some CBSE schools and pooled it for classes VI to X for English, Hindi, Math, Science, and social science subjects. The content has been systematically organised as per NCERT syllabus.
