Amritsar, April 29The Lopoke police arrested a person for tearing the uniform of a constable here today. The accused has been identified as Baba Sukhdev Singh, a resident of Bachiwind. ASI Dilbagh Singh said he had received a complaint from one Resham Singh that Sukhdev was habitual of brandishing sword and he often roamed near the bus stand, Bachiwind, creating panic among people. A case has been registered against him.
