Meerut: A 24-year-old man was booked for allegedly abducting and raping a 15-year-old girl in a village near Nai Mandi under Bulandshahr, said police on Wednesday. The incident surfaced when the victims family noticed a bump and took her to a doctor who confirmed she was five months pregnant. The girl didnt tell anyone about this as the accused had threatened to kill her.He also shot a video and threatened to circulate it. Police registered an FIR under IPC sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) against the accused and his family.
