MEERUT: Baghpat administration is on alert as convicted rapist and chief of Dera Sacha Sauda, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, secured a 21-day furlough, marking his third temporary release this year. Ram Rahim stepped out of the Sunaria jail in Haryanas Rohtak district and returned to Shah Satnamji Ashram Barnawa in UPs Baghpat district on Tuesday.
