Covid Self Testing Kit, detects virus in 10 minutes: Mysore University

This is the first ever kit for self testing Covid cases.
A Self-testing kit is generated by Mysore University, with is said to detect Viruses in 10 minutes. This holds an accuracy rate above 90percent.
Professor Rangappa, Former VC of UoM, says that the testing kit is expected to be costing Rs 100 as it is generated by the state-run University.
The university is also in talks with the manufacturer to keep the price as low as Rs 100 per kit making it affordable for the public.
