Maharashtra Alert: Third Wave To Hit in Next 2 to 4 Weeks, get update

Curbs are must to tackle Covid third wave in Maharashtra. 

The threat is yet to come, netizens must not take unlock as setting free. With the State government easing curbs the third wave is all set for the welcome. It is said that the third wave of corona infection will have entered the state in the next 2-4 weeks. This will increase the number of patients in Maharashtra expecting upto 8 lakh, according to the task force. 

In a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, members of the task force presented information on the state of corona in the state. This time, he said, the number of corona patients in the state in the third corona wave is likely to double to eight lakh. It also said that 10 percent of the patients would be children and young people. The same pattern of infection was also seen in the second corona wave.

Dr. Shashank Joshi said restriction is must as such a situation had been seen in Britain before. Britain has also seen a third wave infection in just 4 weeks after the second wave. 

Restrictions were lifted in several places in Maharashtra as the intensity of the second corona wave decreased. So the fuss of crowds and physical distance is also seen in some places. In addition, now that the task force has given this serious warning, the concern of the health system has increased.
