Nagpur: The biannual international principals educational conference (IPEC) will kick off its eighth edition on November 30 with Union minister Nitin Gadkari set to grace its valedictory function on December 2. Over the last 16 years, IPEC has seen star-studded guest line up from late President APJ Kalam to academic Sonam Wangchuk, Super 30s Anand Kumar, Magasaysay awardee Vikas Amte, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat & others.
