He again boarded the rickshaw and instructed the driver to head straight to Panchganga Road, towards Saket Road. While crossing a bridge over a Nallah, the accused threatened the driver with a sharp knife from behind and forcibly took Rs. 4000 in cash from his pocket, along with the keys to the auto-rickshaw.The accused then pushed the driver, causing him to fall to the ground. Subsequently, the victim filed a case with the Rabodi police station, leading to the arrest and trial of the accused. The judge, after hearing both sides, pointed out several shortcomings in the recovery of the rickshaw and raised doubts about the arrest of the accused and the recovery of the weapon used in the crime. The judge noted that the prosecution failed to establish the accuseds involvement in the charged offenses and subsequently acquitted him.We also published the following articles recentlyWacky modified Maruti Wagon R auto rickshaw Video goes viralA video of a modified auto rickshaw in India has gone viral on social media.
