Varanasi: A 16-year-old girl hung herself to death in a locality under the limits of Luxa police station on Thursday night due to alleged harassment by some local boys.Luxa SP Baijnath Singh on Friday said that based on the familys complaint, an FIR has been registered against one Kushagra and his two companions under the charges of abetment of suicide. The victims body was handed over to her family after conducting postmortem examination, Singh said, adding that further probe in the case is on. The girl hanged herself from the ceiling of her room on Thursday night.
