Varanasi: With completion of hearing on a plea of Hindu party Rakhi Singh seeking Archaeological Survey of India survey of the entire wuzukhana (ablution pond) except shivling in the Gyanvapi mosque on Thursday, district judge Ajay Krishna Vishvesha reserved his order to deliver on October 21.Rakhi Singhs advocates Saurabh Tiwari said, with the submission of his rejoinder and arguments against the objection filed by Anjuman Intezamia Masajid, Gyanvapi mosque management committee, hearing on the plea was completed on Thursday. Following these developments, the court reserved its order, he said adding, court fixed October 21 to deliver it. Plaintiff-1 in 18/2022 Rakhi Singh and others vs UP state and others, in which five women plaintiffs are seeking worship of Shringar Gauri and other deities in Gyanvapi mosque compound, on August 29 had moved this application demanding ASI survey of wuzukhana (ablution pond) of Gyanvapi.The ASIs scientific investigation of the Gyanvapi mosque compound using ground penetrating radar (GPR), dating method and other modern techniques to determine whether it had been constructed over a pre-existing structure of a Hindu temple is in progress in view of July 21 order of district judge, excluding the area wuzukhana, in which purported `shivling was found during court mandated survey on May 16, 2022. This is the second time Judge Howell has criticized Giuliani for noncompliance in the defamation lawsuit against him. Giuliani also faces other legal and financial issues, including criminal charges and unpaid taxes.Karuvannur: Court to pass order on bail pleas on Oct 25The PMLA special court in Kochi will decide on October 25 whether to grant bail to the accused in the Karuvannur bank scam case. The court was ready to play audio clips of alleged incriminating conversations between the accused and the first accused, but objections were raised by the defense. The defense argued that the accuseds business transactions were being misrepresented, claiming that the money transfers were related to legitimate business activities. The prosecutor argued against bail, stating concerns about potential money laundering activities.
