Court gives Nov 6 deadline for filing objections to Vyas plea

Varanasi: District Judge Ajay Krishna Vishvesha on Thursday ordered Anjuman Intezamia Masajid—Gyanvapi mosque management committee—to file its objection against the demand of appointing district magistrate or any other suitable persons as receiver of the cellar in southern side of building by November 6. Next hearing on the suit in which head priest of Acharya Ved Vyas Peeth temple Shailendra Kumar Pathak Vyas has made this demand will is on November 8.Vyass advocate Vishnu Jain said, While hearing on an application to expedite the hearing on the suit filed by Vyas, the court on Thursday ordered the defendant AIM to file its objection against it by November 6.
