Allahabad: Seeking the rollback of the National Pension Scheme, over 75,000 educators associated with a UP Board teachers association have decided to boycott the evaluation of answer sheets of class X and XII students to press for their demands.UP Board high school and intermediate examinations started on February 7 and would conclude on March 2.The decision was taken during a meeting of the Teachers’ Association of Secondary Schools (Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh) (Chetnatrayan faction), in the city on Monday.Board officials said that around 1.40 lakh teachers have been roped in to grade answer sheets under CCTV surveillance at schools across the state.The board would start with the evaluation process as per schedule, said UP Board officials.
