Most of the people ignored the government's continuous appeals and gathered in the markets without wearing masks and ignoring to maintain a social distance.
40 per kilo, cauliflowers were being sold for twice the price at Rs.
Meanwhile, the lockdown has started in the city and the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) has started the sanitization process in a bid to tackle the outbreak of the dreaded virus.
